Procainamide makes you prone to the risk of СNS excitation, hallucinations.

Simultaneous application of Xylocain and hypnotic and sedative drugs amplifies their inhibitory action on the CNS.

In case of prescribing hexobarbital or thiopental sodium on the background of Xylocain breathing depression may occur.

Polymyxin B may enhance the inhibitory effects on neuromuscular transmission, so in this case it is necessary to observe the patient's breathing function.
